Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your new little friend from Two Elephants!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item—just make sure it’s in original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
